We live in strange times when a 6' 1"man with a 37" chest can often fit into a T shirt marked "small". With similar proportions, I was a "medium" 30 years ago.
It's all part of the same delusion that makes people think their excess weight is 'natural' and therefore deserves to be taken into account as a race-performance factor.
Gosh, I didn't realise you had lost so much weight, impressive!
