Preparing the preview for this race has taken a bit of detective work!
The info we have from Orion says that the course is the same as 2008 (6.7 miles). I managed to find someone’s Garmin data for last year, but this indicated about 5.7 miles. The answer to this conundrum was that the Garmin data was somewhat corrupt and did not accurately trace the route. 6.7 miles looks like the correct answer after all.I have attached what I believe to be the correct route and elevation profile. Looks like a couple of stiff climbs included! You can find the race info issued by Orion Harriers here.
