I'm a big fan of the Herts & Essex Midweek Road Race League, so I'm looking forward to building on Derek Myall's good work last year. Let's have another great series with bumper turnouts and stunning results at every race! There are usually 4 races falling between mid-May and early July (dates still TBA). Races are normally between 8km-11km, and some are SEAA-certified 10k road races, which is good news for PB and record chasers!
Teams in Division 1 this year will be;
* St Albans Striders
* Garden City Runners
* North Herts Road Runners
* Fairlands Valley Spartans
* Trent Park Runners (promoted from Div 2)
* Royston Runners (promoted from Div 2)
