Life has been a bit stressful over the last few weeks - work, home and family, so I've only done one speed-session, but instead have done about 50 miles/week for 3 weeks and have really felt the benefit. My fitness graph below shows the step-change in base-fitness. I am hoping that some sharpening over coming weeks will put me in good shape for the Midweek Road-race League which starts on 16th May.
