- NHRR came 2nd on the night and took a huge stride towards Div 1 survival
- I was 1st MV50 for the 3rd consecutive race and lead the MV50 rankings for the series
- Time was 37:08 on a tough course - indicates I am now in good sub sub-37m form
- 20th position - best in series so far
